Privacy Policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
Axentrea builds software for founders and businesses. This policy explains what happens to personal information when you visit axentrea.com or get in touch with us.
The short version
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The only personal information we ask you for is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to reply to you.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, your email address and the contents of your message. You decide what goes in the message, so please do not include confidential material you would not put in an ordinary email.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider writes standard server logs when a page is requested. Those logs include the IP address, the browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. They exist to keep the site available and secure.
What we do not collect. This site sets no cookies of its own. It carries no analytics, advertising or session replay tools, and we do not build a profile of you or your visit. The typefaces are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not call out to a font provider.
How we use it
- To read and reply to the enquiries you send us
- To prepare the scopes, proposals and quotes you ask for
- To keep the website available, secure and working properly
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations where they apply
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or pass it to data brokers.
Services we rely on
We keep this list short on purpose. The services that can receive your information are:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and processes the server logs described above
- FormSubmit, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
- Our email provider, which stores the resulting message so we can answer it
- YouTube, which serves some of the demo videos on our work pages. A video is only requested after you choose to play it, and at that point YouTube may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to hold a record of the work discussed, then we delete them. Server logs are kept briefly by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to do any of the following:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop or restrict a particular use of it
- Object to how we are using it
Email contact@axentrea.com and we will deal with it. There is no charge for asking.
Client project data
When we are engaged on a project we often handle data that belongs to the client, including information their own customers gave them. We treat that data as confidential, use it only to deliver the work we were engaged for, and handle it under the agreement signed for that project. That agreement, rather than this page, governs how project data is handled.
Where information is stored
We and the services listed above operate in more than one country, so information may be stored or processed outside the country you live in. We only use providers that commit to protecting it.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
